Lectors

The Lector Ministry is a vital part of the liturgy. We have annual workshops that provide guidance for proclaiming the word. We are not just readers. We make an effort to study and proclaim the word.

Mission

Our ministry provides trained lectors to read at all masses (Sat. - 6:00 pm; Sun. - 8:30 am, 11:30 am, 1:30 pm). We also provide lectors for special feast days and funerals.

Activities/Upcoming Events

Lector Workshop planned in October. This is mandatory for all Lectors (old, new and teens).

Elizabeth Bland is the coordinator for approximately 42 trained lectors.
