Finance Council

The Finance Council is one of the cornerstone organizations of the Parish. The Council’s membership is drawn from the Parish body to assist with making decisions regarding revenues and expenditures of the Parish. Council members usually have backgrounds in business and/or management through experience or training.

Mission

The Finance Council is an advisory body to the Pastor and is established to assist in planning, managing and accounting for the funds of the church. These tasks are accomplished through appropriate budget preparation, financial planning, oversight and review of monetary measures and accounting documents of the Parish.

Activities/Upcoming Events

The nature of the Financial Council’s duties typically restricts its initiation of outside events.
